To book our services at Legally Married in Italy, we require an initial non-refundable payment of 50% of the final quotation. This confirms your acceptance of our services and must be received before any further proceedings. The remaining balance must be paid once the procedure has been completed and before the wedding day.
Payments can be made via bank transfer orTransferwise. Once you select your preferred method, we will provide the payment details.
Please note: the sender is responsible for all transfer fees charged by your bank or its intermediaries. We only cover fees applied by our local bank. Be aware of any international transfer fees imposed by your institution.
With all forms of payment, kindly notify us by email once the funds have been sent.

Cancellation Policy
Full payment is forfeited if a cancellation notice is received less than 30 days prior to the wedding date. Refunds or postponements beyond this period are at our discretion.
Insurance
While traveling, you may not be covered by insurance. We strongly recommend arranging coverage for yourself and your personal property during your trip. Adequate insurance should also be arranged in case of postponement or cancellation of your wedding.
Liability
Although we take every possible care to safeguard you and your property, we accept no liability for accidents, injuries, or illness incurred while traveling, whether arranged by us or our suppliers. We are also not liable for any loss or damage to personal property during your wedding.
By booking and paying the initial deposit, you are deemed to have accepted the Liability and Insurance clauses outlined above, as well as all booking terms and conditions.
